A recent addition to the team is Steven Weber, a Miracle Method franchise owner in Birmingham, Alabama with three territories in the area.
Weber’s extensive background spans across many industries and roles including public accounting, automobile financing, mortgage servicing and serving as a CFO. Most of his career has been spent making money for other people, but now he felt it was finally time to run a business for himself. After looking at many different franchise concepts, the Miracle Method model was the one that intrigued him the most.
With his first territory open in Birmingham, Alabama, Steven Weber is set up for expansion in the area.
“Based on what I saw from the Franchise Disclosure Document, you could become cash flow positive in a relatively short period and there wasn’t a significant barrier to entry financially. I started by doing my due diligence with other franchisees and they consistently said that it’s not about getting the business, it’s about getting the technicians trained and keeping up with the demand. My whole career has been about managing people–that’s my strong suit–and I think that’s the most important thing in every business,” explained Weber.
Besides the alignment of his experience with the proven franchise model, Weber recognized the strong market for Miracle Method’s refinishing services and felt confident and proud to help customers save thousands of dollars over replacement in renovation costs.
“What I’ve always been focused on in my career is providing a solution for the needs of the customer, so they can go out and do the things they enjoy in their life. With this durable, beautiful, and cost-effective solution, people would be proud to have it in their homes,” said Weber.
Right out of the gate, Weber wanted to ramp up quickly. He signed on with Miracle Method in October 2017 and was so motivated to get things moving that he officially opened one of his territories for business only two months later. By December, he had hired employees, rented a facility, and bought vehicles, inventory, and tools.

Securing a total of three territories, with one currently open, Weber is eager to continue to grow his business and plans to have all of his territories open within two years.
